my husband is not a big fan of chicken. and i am! so i was trying to find something different to do with chicken that everyone would enjoy! (even kids) and this did the trick. everyone cleaned their plates tonight, without mean mom having to tell them too. it was easy to make and not much cost involved either. which is a plus these days. i pinned it on pinterest awhile ago and finally had the chance to make it tonight.
