i'm reminded today how important to God this is.
did you know when we murmur or complain
that it puts us on the throne and not HIM.
That we are questioning the way he is running things in our life.
it had me thinking of all the times i've complain daily about
- unfair situations
- time
- housework
- money
- kids
- husband
- my role as a mother/wife
(the list could go on forever)
i mean just a minute ago i was complaining about the wind....as silly as that seems.
do you think complaining has a effect on those around us too??
Do not let any unwholesome talk come out of your mouths, but only what is helpful for building other up according to their needs, that it may benefit those who listen. Ephesians 4:29
the answer is YES....
i need to focus on changing the way i murmur about things.
it will not be easy for those of you that KNOW me!
Do everything without complaining or arguing, so that you may become blameless and pure, children of God without fault in a crooked and depraved generation, in which you shine like stars in the universe.
