Time flies...

Realizing that January is almost over already and it seems like it just started. I can't believe how much time flies now a days...which speaking of time flying my niece Destiny turned 17 this month and it seems like she should still be 11 or 12 years old....but then again my babies are 11 & 12. :(

Happy 17th, Destiny!

Glass water bottles!?!

I try not to stress over all the news you hear about what's good or bad for your health....but I do pay attention to things that may be of concern. I know most have heard that they think the use of "plastic water bottles" could be bad for your health, exspecially when heated or cooled or even reused???

I happened to be in Starbucks a couple of weeks ago (I know isn't it great!) and came across a glass water bottle. I thought this was pretty neat so had to pick one up. If you don't live by a starbucks then find them HERE.

PARKING LOT RULES:

Rule #5 - Always park close enough to the adjacent car so that the other driver must grease up with Vaseline to squeeze into his/her car...

I had posted this comment on my FB account and given this clip from Malcolm in the Middle to watch as it explains how frustrating this can be.... please click on link below and watch.. (so funny...)

And this if off the subject, but I've always loved chicken & noodles (good for cold, windy, day like today) So if you are interested please visit link for a good recipe for Homemade Chicken & Noodles....

More from The Pied Piper

Resting....

Thank u everyone for your thoughts and prayers for me this past week...and the meals you have coming to the house...what a blessing....

We took my mom to Front Street for supper and the kids jumped on the wagon:)

And as I rest, I thought I'd find a new book to start reading...
I think it should be interesting...

The Pied Piper

Today the kids had their performances of The Pied Piper. Brooke was assistant director and Brady was a cook in the play. They had tryouts on Monday, followed by practices from 4 to 8:30 p.m every night this week. So very busy, tiring week....but they killed it on stage. Very good. A few photo's below....
