Bored With Santa?

Does this look like a child happy to see santa?
Ok. That's a little better.

Brooke in front of Christmas tree ready for Church.

Brooke and Brady acting like brother and sister. This picture was a hard one. "Quit elbowing each other." "Smile" "Move closer to your brother Brooke" "Stop it" "He won't quit hitting" "Well she was laughing at me" And finally me saying "Please kids just for a minute behave" You have to love them. :)

Ask It In A Basket

I Just received one of these at work from a company I order material from. It is so hard opening a package that looks so pretty. I just held in on my desk for awhile until finally couple girls here at work wouldn't leave until I opened it. (Brats:) ) Anyway you can fine stuff like this and other gift ideas here.

I had to go online to check store out myself because I was very impressed with the gift and wanted to see if I could find ideas for people in my life.

Winter Is Coming.

Brady loves to play outside in the snow. Sledding or making a snowman. I however love to be inside and warm. This was last winter and notice how I was taking pictures from inside our warm home. Better start getting the gloves and scarfs out because the seasons right around the corner.

Walking By Faith

We are currently doing this in our womens bible study now. I am really enjoying it. She talks about lessons learned in the dark as she has been blind since she was a little girl. Can't wait to go to study on Tuesday to discuss it in our group and see what others think of it as well.

Asparagus and Hair dye

Putting highlights in my daughters hair sounded like a good idea until we got home and had to pull little strands of hair through a little pinhole with something that looks like a huge toothpick. She scream, cried, fell on the floor in pain, and said she hated me a couple of times I believe. We finally soothed her over with a piece of grilled asparagus. And in the end she loved her new look.
Today Brooke had her hair colored again only this time at a salon, and it reminded me of this photo a couple of years ago. Oh the memories.

Fall Season/Picking up leaves

Brooke and couple of her friends help clean up the yard this weekend. What great helpers. Actually I had to bribe them into doing it. :) I agreed to take them swimming if they would help me with a little yard work. So they helped for about 30 minutes and then I took them swimming for like 3 hours. Not sure if they received a better deal or me. But had a nice day anyway.
